Paste plain text from notes, a coach, or an AI assistant to build workouts quickly in WOD Timer. One workout is a stack of section blocks — each block starts with a # header, then timing and movement lines.

Section formats

One block per section. Case-insensitive. Start each block with a # header, then the same lines as section quick add.

Section format

Stack multiple blocks in one paste — see the full workout example below.

EMOM block

#emom: strength

10 kettlebell swing @16kg
10 push-up

One movement per line. Put reps before the exercise name, weight after @, and coaching cues on notes: lines. Exercise names must match the catalog.
